Haloween - compliance escape room



About the project
This animated escape room e-learning game was created for Haloween in order to combine fun and learning. In an interesting and surprising way it demonstrates the most important aspects of compliant behaviors in the office. The project was developed as part of compliance communication.

  • Response: The game like design was perceived very well, it drew attention of the users. Location in the office allowed employees to adhere more to the content. The e-learning was perceived as surprising and very positively.

This scenario-based interactive e-learning storyboard was created as a basis of a currently developed e-learning which goal is to teach people how to use ethical decision making tool and make informed ethical decisions.
The project was initiated as part of a training curriculum redesing process which included creating new e-learnings based on a previous gap analysis and updating existing ones to follow modern concepts.


  • Responsibilities: Project Management, Instructional Design, scenario and storyboard Development, graphic design based on branding
  • Target Audience: All employees
  • Tools Used: Articulate Storyline and Review360, Adobe Suite, Animaker, SuccessFactors LMS, Microsoft Suite

About the project
This scenario-based interactive e-learning goal is to teach people how to use ethical decision making tool and make informed ethical decisions.
The project was initiated as part of a training curriculum redesing process which included creating new e-learnings based on a previous gap analysis and updating existing ones to follow modern concepts. The gap analysis included surveys and feedback from employees as well as mind mapping of the needs.

  • Response: The personalized e-learning with real life scenarios, allowed users to understand the influence of their everyday decisions. The e-learning was percieved very well, helped to promote the covered topic and compliance tools.
